Palm Golf, released in 1997 for Window CE was a world first. It was sold to CASIO, one of the world’s top3 PPC makers and ZIO was invited to Comdex Fall ’98 by Microsoft.
Recently, Beijing Olympic 2008, which was a huge success (600,000+ downloads for Korea only) was also the first official mobile game licensed by the International Olympic Committee.
Besides, ZIO interactive has a large offer of originally created games such as Sketcher, which is ZIO’s most successful brand. This unique game was nominated by IGN for Best Game for the IMGA in 2006. Sketcher 2 finally claimed the top spot and was awarded for Best Mobile Game at the Mobile Content 2008 conference. Overall, the Sketcher series recorded over 1 million downloads.
